Please ensure you have read and understood all policies before completing your booking

If you need to cancel or re-schedule please do so a minimum of 48 hours before, failure to do this will result in 100% charge of the treatments that were booked.
You will not be able to book any future appointments until this fee has been paid. -
All gift cards must be used within 3 months of purchase after this your voucher will expire.
Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
We reserve the right to alter, remove or increase the price of any treatments. -
Refunds are not available on services that have been received. If you would like to report an issue, please email laura@beautyandbalance.uk

It is the client’s responsibility to inform us before every treatment of any health conditions, pregnancy, allergies, injuries, operations, medication, or any other health issue. Some treatments may not be recommended for certain conditions.

Product Policy
If you no longer want a product you purchased you must return it within 14 days of purchase as long as the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. A refund will be given by the same method of original payment. You will not be able to get a refund or exchange on any open or used products.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time and to remove or make changes to our treatment list at any time.
If product or skincare advice has been carried out by us and products are purchased from an alternative provider, we reserve the right to terminate treatment services.
