


Skin & Soul Workshop
Skin & Soul is a virtual 35-minute workshop to unwind, reconnect, and restore your skin from within.
Join us on Monday 5th May at 7.30pm for an evening of deep rest where you’ll explore the connection between stress, your nervous system, and skin health. You’ll learn how facial massage goes far beyond skincare—offering powerful, holistic support for your entire system.
We’ll cover:
How stress shows up in the face
The nervous system’s role in skin + emotional wellbeing
The therapeutic benefits of facial massage
Evening rituals to support deep rest
A guided self-facial massage routine
Gentle self-reflection to ground and integrate
This is your invitation to slow down, soften tension, and glow from the inside out.
All you need is a facial oil of your choice and an optional relaxing mist spray.
I recommend setting yourself up somewhere cosy, peaceful and comfortable with access to your chest and shoulders and ideally on unwashed hair and ensure any necklaces/earrings are removed.
The class will be available to replay for 30 days, come back to it as many times as you like.
Whether you’re new to facial massage or want to deepen your self-care routine, this workshop is for you.
You will receive some pre workshop journal prompts which you may find helpful.
You will be emailed on the week of the workshop a link to the Zoom event and an optional curated playlist that you may want to use in the background.
